Have you tried Massage therapy to address the issue? this is where I can help! I am a Male sports therapy masseuse nearing the end of my Level 3 qualification in Sports Massage Therapy. I am an experienced sporting individual who has excelled within my chosen sports to a high level and am looking to enhance my Massage Therapy experience by offering people the opportunity to benefit from a sports massage for 10. This massage will consist of areas such as - legs, back, shoulders, arms and neck. However, each massage will differ to suit individual needs. I offer: - Deep and soft tissue manipulation - Sporting and non sporting massage - Injury prevention and injury rehabilitation - Massage for muscle fatigue, tightness or soreness - Pre and post event massage - General muscle soreness from overuse or general discomfort e.g. back or neck - Relaxing full body massage to release stress and tension I have been working with individuals who run, cycle, play competitive sports such as hockey, soccer, Gaelic sports,, rugby, Irish dancing ... So have a good bit of experience! As part of the service i will carry out a full consultation and a postural analysis and offer a massage that will be unique and beneficial to your individual needs. I live in the Belfast area and am a mobile service and am willing to travel to your home / sporting club - where you will receive a sports massage in the comfort of your own surroundings (within the Belfast area). I can only travel within a reasonable distance! I am available during the week (Monday-Friday -10am-10pm) and on the weekends (Saturday - Sunday - 4pm-9pm).
