YOGA WORKSHOP - NECK, SHOULDERS & UPPER BACK - 21 JULY *

Drop the weight of the world off your shoulders! This 2-hour workshop will focus on releasing the tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back as well as introducing the principles of healthy alignment. The asana sequence allows us to gradually free up the shoulders and the upper back, as we work progressively into more fun and heart-lifting poses. • Learn simple techniques for releasing tension during the day • Practice basic asanas to open and strengthen your shoulders and upper back • Understand the alignment of your upper body and learn what creates pain and tension • Emerge feeling more open-hearted, receptive and joyful We’ll do all this in a friendly, playful atmosphere, starting with a warm-up and ending in guided relaxation. Please avoid eating a heavy meal during the 2 hours before the workshop. The workshop is open to all levels. Places are limited, please book in advance.
